This demonstration represents the reordering of columns using the order property in CSS
On screens bigger than 1024 pixels horizontally, you must be seeing the reordering in action. Both the sidebars lie after the content column in the source order, and the first sidebar in the source order has been shifted to extreme left of the layout.
